Local Transportation includes transport from airport to hotel by shuttle service
only on 20th and 21st September 2008, transport between hotel and conference venue
during the conference, transport for technical visits, transport
from hotel to the airport on the last day (Friday) of the
conference or the Saturday.
Note : Farewell dinner
will have to be paid separately at the cost of Euro 50.
Terms and Conditions :
Cancellation is only possible in writing ( letter, fax, or email
to
secretariat@icom-cc2008.org
) and before 1st August 2008. We will reimburse your
fee minus a deduction of Euro 75 to cover the
administrative costs. No refund will be granted for any
cancellation request after 1st August. If you cannot attend,
someone else may take your place, but please let us know in
advance.
